Wholesaler contracting is one of the most important distribution channels for a hotel or resort, but one which is often misunderstood or neglected. With more than 20 years of experience in contracting and negotiating in the hospitality industry, we can introduce our clients to new vendors and assist in maximizing existing relationships.
We provide representation at top industry shows and events, introducing the property to show participants and providing regular follow-up.
We provide travel agent familiarization and training with in person sales calls, training at trade shows and events, phone calls, mail, email and web conference sessions.
We design and implement marketing campaigns, promotions, advertising, public relations and media coordination.
We evaluate all print and related material of the hotels and resorts, and when appropriate, coordinate the re-design, update or creation of new material.
Using web metrics to determine efficiency and increase profitability, we provide search engine optimization, booking engine evaluation, and online wholesaler contracting and negotiation.
